Does anyone know of a place to download bitmaps / sprite sheets of various myth 2 units?
Or how does one go about extracting them from the game? I can't even remember what tools were used. Is anyone able to help me in this matter?

Bought it a couple days ago and have been playing it. I agree with almost everything Iron said. The player spells (group heal on cool down, resurrection, etc.) isn't my cup of tea. If these commands were tied to certain units, I think it would make it a whole lot better. But I have really high hopes...

Thanks for the info guys, and yes I would love a copy of oak. Is it finished now? I remember seeing screenshots back in the day. Also, is it possible to increase the color count now with a new patch? I know making a map with a color palette is an art from of its own but it would still be nice to have.

would like to make a simple campaign of 2-3 levels. rather than crazy scripting (which I will never be capable of) I want to focus on gorgeous and unique colormaps, story, challenging and fun gameplay, and have it driven by intriguing characters and stories.
