A quick note, I tried the 182e tag with "the fallen levels" mod for myth 2 and there is a weird artifact in the bridge in "Cows Bridge" where the sides do not show. And regular myth duffs are substituted for a bazzoka rather than rpg, so I guess I need another tagset to substitut...

Plus we got upgraded graphics and engine a few years back. I dont see anyone playing myth 3 anymore though. Myth 4 would be even worse. Unless it becomes photo-realistic and you have the ability to go FPS too... hmmm

Thanks for the reply, so if I get this right, all I need is wait for the new wAvA to come out of beta and grab the updated the mythical solo maps, ww2 titan and recon maps, IX Forgotten Heroes maps and then delete all the previous versions? Will they be up on tain in place of the old plugins or some...

I have a question, since I am confused with all the different related plugins :shock: I just got the WW2 titans and WW2 units, does the wAvA kinda superseeds this? My impression is that wAvA is the most complete modern version of any ww2 unit plugin and I needs ...

I am using the expansive interface 1024x768 and it is still small. For now i just halve the resolution of the monitor (laptop) and it seems ok.

I guess the only option is to install a hi resolution interface. I found one which is bit better but still too small for me.
If I get the time and learn how to use Oak I might try to create a higher resolution interface, though it will be nice if someone who has done it can do that (much faster)

why are you trying to install TFL when you can get the same experience with Myth 2 and the TFL plugins? I am not sure if you will be able to play online either.

how do I scale the GUI for the start up screens and the lobby in Linux? There is no option on right clicking the taskbar (it is a windows only option).

Thanks for this post, it helped me install myth 2 on linux mint. Packages have slightly different names but it all works.
