You know maps like Frenzy come with special forces, bushido and blue and grey. They refuse to load. Do I need a plugin of some sort

Yeah, you would need the SF, Bushido or Blue & Grey Unit tagsets plugins. With those loaded and active you should see the other maps.

Note: I've tried Mac Game Files but it refuses to load

Special Forces mesh in Frenzy needs SF2 though.
There's no Bushido or B&G in Frenzy, so I assume Lugas is really talking about Shadow 3. Bushido can be found here
