I am running Mac OSX 10.4 I have office 2004 installed. I have downloaded the Myth 2 demo and the file is called Myth2_demo.img.sit When it downloads it automatically opens word for some reason. When I click on the file it says there is no application for this type of file. Am I doing something incorrect? Also, will I be able to add the myth 1 TFL conversion to the Myth 2 demo?
You need Stuffit Expander to decompress .sit files. Apple used to include it with Mac OS X, but stopped starting with 10.4. The TFL conversion is incompatible with the Myth II demo.
Nope in my experience it makes all games red... even the ones you should be able to see white. Do not ever update the demo with a patch meant for the full version of Myth II.
Whimbrel, you can buy Myth II fairly cheaply on eBay now or by searching http://froogle.google.com . There are also some online shops in Poland that sell it if you're in that part of the world.
