Look at this film.
In the first seconds of the gamen Sei Lah's dwarf drops a satchel and it explodes. Poor Sei Lah

I've seen this happen before.

However its so unbelieveably rare and funny that it should never be fixed

happens on lichen a lot more often on a specific point of the map. I was told it has to do with the landscape at that particular point(?)

It's quite possible. I've definitely seen flying satchel charges ignite themselves in the freefall back towards the ground, and blow up on impact.... from the height of a dwarf's backpack to the ground though.... Never.

Rare enough for me that it's probably not an issue, especially since I've been playing like the rest of you since '97, and I make maps regularly.
