We gotta keep this thread going, so here's 3 more from DoD:

Apparently the Strider's flame trail doesn't end until it's duration is up, even if he's been blown up :-P

Looks pretty sweet Gizmo. Have you posted any other info about the project? How far along is it?

melekor, the todo list for that particular map is down to the last 20 things or so, still have to port 1 unit (the packmage) and finish scripting and bunch of other small things/bugfixes, so I'd say its 75% done...?! Ive been working on it when I have had time/motivation since 2008 so it's about time I get it done! =)

info about the map? its a huge solo/multi map, with a bunch of teleports, it looks somewhat nice, and has pretty much everything tweaked/remade/new. but it's still very much a regular myth map. Graydon claims I will never finish it, but I hope to prove him wrong at some point =)

juliocpaes the unit is still work in progress, so you'll have to wait until I finish the map...

I've been conning you Giz. The intent was that if I hassled you about never finishing that masterpiece enough, you'd get your shit together and polish it off. Maybe it's working. Still say it'll never get done though... I've seen a lot of great maps make it 75% of the way and never go out the door.... ;)

just to keep this going...

Beehive scenery thing, combo between a termite mound and a beehive, with molten beewax, really enjoyed making the texture, planning on modifying the confusion effect for this one for units who get close...
