Are you referring to an original Myth 2 CD ? Not sure what a Green Berets CD would be. If its a Myth CD I have no idea what Win 10 compatibility with older OS versions of data would be. On Mac its not an issue.

I was able to work around the CD. It's a GB cd. Came with a manual. Proll need to use an older OS.

In addition, Green Berets should come with Myth II. If you use the latest Myth II installer (1.8.1 at the time of posting) you can install Myth II. I updated Green Berets to work with modern copies of Myth II, which should eliminate the need for an older OS.
