Gate of Storms metaserver is down

The Gate of Storms metaserver is down. The web-pages will open, except for the metaserver directory.

Who can contact the site manager to have it restarted? Are there any alternatives?

EDIT: The last game played on the server was at 21:07 of 8-Oct-2019.
