I do have one suggestion. The description references a "3.7 MB" file, while the File Size field in the description indicates the correct 3.9 MB size. It might be a good idea to correct the description, otherwise some people may be a little confused/concerned.

We can probably link to his page, but that seems even more like we shouldn't host it, because he is selling it. If we give it away for free we are 100% breaking copyright law and taking money from him.

It is listenable and purchasable there.
This is as comfortable as I can get with this.

Sure. My intent wasn't to try to pressure you to do something you are not comfortable with. Just trying to make things as available to the fans as possible.
