512mb and 1024mb PC133 modules were pretty expensive, you could probably sell them second hand for a reasonable amount if they've retained their value. The general performace difference between CAS 2-2-2 and CAS 3-3-3 SDR ram is about 2%.

It definitely seems more like 25% in my less-than-precise testing - I noticed a difference with 512MB of 2-2-2 versus 512MB of 3-3-3.

What's the best place to sell used RAM or other stuff second hand? eBay? Somewhere else more computer-specific?

I've got 512MB (two 256MB sticks) of the 3-3-3 RAM sitting in my desk in their little anti-static envelopes... :)
