You may have had a non default theme selected. The forum is still the same width as before and in the same location it has been within the browser.
This is for all those lazy people who dont resize their images and screw up the layout for an entire post You can use the attachment feature if you like.

Added another forum template. It gets rid of the rounded corners to conform more with the tain look. And changed the blue to the tain colors. I'll be looking at updating icons and tweaking a few border colors tomorrow.
After that I'll be putting together another template that uses the old magma red theme.
You can select these themes in your user prefs.

I see the squared corners, but everything is still blue for me.
That's really the biggest problem imo: blue on blue on blue with blue icons and blue trim. It's too homogenous. Also the font seems harder to read (unless it's just me).
It's funny, when I select a topic from the forum and it briefly turns light yellow, my eyes are thrilled that there's a non blue-color, even if only for a second.
I will compare fonts used for this one vs the other style and see about switching them sometime tonight. As for cons we could technically stick to red or dark gray for some of the colors.
The blue that was changed to the tain blue was in the forum lists and topic lists where the sections are divided. I am ok with the gradients used for the posts .
They're too dull. I really don't like the various shades of blue everywhere. Like Baak said, it's just not aesthetically appealing to see so much of the same tone of colour everywhere.
I haven't really been here for some time, so I managed to forget how previous version looked like
I like this one, yeah, there could be a little bit more of something other than blue, but it isn't bad as it is for me. And the image thing is good IMO.
