Ooga never once worked on _any_ of my projects, or made a single unit with me. Not once. No-one else made units with me - every unit I made I have always done on my own. In particular, the Watcher was made for Mazz 3 which was ChrisP's project, as part of encouraging him to switch to Myth 2 - and at the time neither you or Ooga were even remotely involved with Magma. Maybe Ooga helped wod'asini make a partially complete Watcher unit a couple of years earlier, but he certainly had nothing to do with mine.

Now I have never once in my long history of making stuff for Myth denied permission for anyone to use any of my work in their plugins. Except now, as you're blatantly trying to take something I made and claim it as your own. I take things like that very seriously.

So ... nothing I've made is available for you to use in your "Myth 4" or anything else you might make.

Edit: And with that I'm going to lock this thread. Its gone far enough. The qualities of the team behind the KS efforts can be seen by anyone who reads the thread, and continued discussion looks certain to breed animosity & recriminations that we can all do without.
