Can anyone give me or tell me where to find info on Myth sounds? Like how to extract them? What type of file they are? How to import sounds? Thanks

Extracting Myth II sounds has never been easy for me - to wit, I just use Snapz Pro to 'record' the sound rather than try to extract it.

Extracting Myth TFL sounds is done with a tool called "The Fallen Sounds".

For import, you need to create a 22khz mono AIFF (and use IMA encoding I believe). A stereo AIFF is permissable I THINK (like for ambient sounds? Someone back me up).

Thanks William for pointing me in the right direction. I looked at Snapz Pro I think it is a Mac only application, but from looking for that I was able to find a PC program that works the same. MP3-Audio converter. Here is the link for anyone else looking for a PC program like this MP3-Sound Recorder It lets you record every sound that plays through your sound card. They have a freeware version. It doesn't have a time limit for how long you can use it. Just sound files are limited to 1 min. Plenty of time to record alot of the Myth sounds.
