Mac os 1.4.4 patch resolutions? - Is 640 x 480 the only choice?

We dug MythII out from the pile of crud and installed it on our G4 1.25ghz single with 1.25GB RAM, Mac OSX 10.2.8, Radeon 9000 Pro 64MB. Went to Playmyth, downloaded the latest patch, 1.4.4, and now the only resolution available is 640 x 480. It looks kinda bad on our huge monitor. Why can't we get any additional resolutions?

It does have additional resolutions, just go to preferences in the Myth II main menu, and you'll see a list of available resolutions.
