I have a new PC, with Windows XP installed. I put my original Myth 2 CD in the DVD player, the Myth 2 Soulblighter installation screen pops up, and I press 'install Myth 2'. After it has installed 99-100%, a Windows message pops up, which says: 'You need Service Pack 3 installed to play Myth 2 on Windows NT'. Then I click 'ok' on this message. Myth 2 is now NOT installed. I can't find it anywhere. Tried to install several times, and the same thing happens.

It won't install. I get the same message everytime.
Any ideas?

I have a PC with Windows XP... I never got that error... have you tried getting all the critical updates for Windows? If not do so and maybe there is a change.

hmm.. the message was 'You need Service Pack 3 on NT to run Myth II'.

Pretty much the same msg though. I'll see if I'm missing some updates.

Thanks.

Problem fixed.
I right clicked on the 'autorun.exe' file on the Myth 2 CD, and change program compatibility to Win 98.
