Hello
I'm trying to install Myth 2 on Windows XP and the screen says I need service pack 3 for Windows NT and won't install. Any ideas?

It should still install, the message about SP3 for NT is a bad message from the installer. Once you install it though you will need to install the 1.5 update so it runs under XP.

I can say the installer works when run as an administrator under XP SP1. If all else fails you can just manual copy the files from the CD to a file folder and setup your own shortcuts and such.

Manual install instructions for a PC:
1. Create a folder called Myth II(or what ever), call your install folder in future steps.
2. From the root folder of the CD copy the tags & cutscenes folders to your install folder.
3. Open the folder called Myth II f on the CD and copy the SMACKW32.DLL file to your install folder.
4. Create a folder in your install folder called plugins.
5. Download & a run the Myth 1.5 updater for windows. When prompted it point it to your install folder.
6. You should now have a working full install of Myth II.
