3dfx and Myth TFL 1.5 problems
Myth TFL 1.4 runs fine with my 3dfx Voodoo2 Game Wizard card in my beige Mac G3/333 running OS 9.2.2. However, when I updated to 1.5, the game does not display clearly at all, and is very "choppy". It works fine in "software" video mode. I have the EXACT problem when trying to use OpenGL rendering. I am using the newest available extensions for the Voodoo2, although I'm not sure if I should have a higher version of OpenGL, but then why would that effect the 3dfx card? If anybody knows a fix for this it would be greatly appreciated.
Try setting your desktop rez to 640x480 and then starting the game. The game runs in the desktop rez instead of forcing 640x480. Also the entire rendering system was redone in 1.5 so Myth II's renderers could be imported. This is a possible source of your problems also. Let me know how 640x480 works and we can take it from there.
