After years of not playing Myth, I popped in my Myth II CD and got it working on Mac OS X with the 1.5.1 patch... awesome!

And now I'm trying to get the original Myth levels available in it. I put in my Myth CD, and followed the instructions for The Fallen Lords Soloplayer Mappack - I copied 'artsound.gor' and ran the 'Fallen Levels Artsound Patcher' and it saved 'Magma - The Fallen Levels v2' into my Myth II 'Plugins' folder, and I also copied 'cutscene.gor' from the CD into the cutscenes folder...

But I can't figure out how to get the Myth levels to be available in the game. Myth II still runs, and everything about it is Myth II... I don't see the original Myth levels available anywhere.

The 'Plugins' tab in the main Myth II screen is greyed out and nothing happens when I click on it. I figure I have to get into there to enable the TFL plugin, but how do I make the Plugins tab work?

EDIT: Ignore this post. I'm an idiot. I didn't realize I had to click the 'Plugins' button and make the plugin active before the tab will become active. Everything works fine now.

You might find your vTFL experience more enjoyable with the most current beta of 1.5.2 (build 274) if you're interested.

How so? What does the 274 build have over the 261 build(1.5.1c)? Not to say he shouldn't download it, but am curious.

I believe there was a problem with terrain passability in vTFL in 1.5.1. I'm sure someone on the dev team could elaborate.

Yeah, for vTFL on 1.5.1 sloped passibility is buggged and some units that should be able to walk on it (Ghols) can not, while many other units that shouldn't be able to, can. Sloped passibility is somewhat uncommon but it's still enough to botch a few levels.
