I've got 4 gig of crap I want burned onto a DVD, but DVD Studio Pro stuffs it every time I try (I've now ruined 3 disc, damnit).
It claims the buffer is overreaching itself or something.
I've got one last disc - can anyone suggest a way that works, when it comes to just putting files on a disc? Or should I just burn less stuff onto each disc?

Heya William, :o)
Not sure about DVD burning, though I imagine it cant be much different than CD burning ??
When I burn CDs, I have the option for one time use, or leaving the 'session' open so I can burn /add more files etc to the unused portions of the CD. This way I dont have to worry about buffer overloads as I dont have to try to fill the whole disc at once, but can keep adding to it until its full.
Good luck and I hope you figure it out. :o)

Burning DVDs is not that different to burning CDs, except it takes a whole lot more time! At 2x, it takes about 32 mins for a 4.7GB disk!
I've had trouble with Nero coz for some reason it doesn't recognise my burner, don't know about your specific overflow problem, but try using Pinnacle Studio, it is very easy to use and burns like a dream.
By the way has anyone notice that the program is called Nero Burning ROM referring to the Ceaser of Rome Nero who burnt the city. I might be rediscovering hot water but what the heck, it just occured to me!
Cheers!
