I've goon OOS 3 or 4 times on the 1.6 UB, all but one of the time has been on the avx2.0 map, and the other was just on a standard recon map.

Intel or PPC build? If PPC OOS is a known issue we are working on.

Woud you get a film from someone who didn't go OOS and verify that it OOS on your intel build when you replay and then forward it to cik at projectmagma dot netm along with a copy of the plugin.

yup ok il do that. I spoke to brandon who created the map and he said it was made with 1.5.2, perhaps that has something to do with it?

That shouldn't matter. As long as everyone was on 1.6, OR it was played in 1.5.1 compatibility mode, it should not OOS.

The map tool versions are still all 1.5.2. But like Myrd said it doesn't mater you could use the original Bungie tools and you would be fine.
That said the OOS problem with the universal binary is fixed

Seeing that you are using a intel iMac the major cause of OOS that was fixed only effected PPC users. So we could still use that film if you can reproduce it on the new build. On the other hand the OOS could have been caused by someone in the game playing with the PPC version(esp the host).

Ok yeah you're right it's still there.
Ive got films from games from both me and other people that weren't oos.
I'm gonna look over them when they're sent to me and rename them, then I'll send them on later tonight

Ok I sent a description of the test games to cik at projectmagma dot net
Just to briefly some up here for everyone else:
OOS was caused regardless of 1.5.1 gameplay or not, and seems to be cause by Unit Trading on AvA and AvX, all of which use the same base tagset made by zeph, and OOS could not be replicated on any other maps

A function that sorted arrays was out of wack. In some ways Myth is very tolerant of porting and changing code and in other ways it's very delicate.
Thanks for reporting back.
