Sound Bug

This has been around for as long as i can remember, where sometimes you get the camera in a weird position and you can hear sound from battles and stuff all the way on the other side of the map that you should be able to hear, and the sounds are normally louder than they should normally be even if the camera was right over the battle.
I never hear people talk about this bug much but im sure its been there a long time, is there any reason behind it or a fix for it?
