Tain Forum not centered

The Tain forum is not centered like the rest of the Tain is. There is no blue background on the left at all, only on the right. I'm using IE v6 if that helps.

Unless you're on Mac OS classic, you really shouldn't still be using IE v6.

Actually, Mac OS 9 only had IE 5. And it wasn't even the same rendering engine as IE on Windows.

I've always used Netscape/Mozilla so I mixed up version numbers.
