Is there anywhere I can find some documentation, or general overview of Vengeance? I'm trying to learn my way around it but cant seem to save any of the changes I make to tags.

I don't know much about Vengeance, but the Myth Graveyard might have some articles with some info if you do a search on it like this. Some of those finds won't be about Vengeance, but a few of them should be.
Pyro's link is a good way to make sure you find everything Vengeance related in the graveyard. If you want to narrow the scope of your search to just mapmaking info, you might want to check the links of this page http://mything.org/index.php?a=article-read&o=02068 they are a little more mapmaking specific.
