Loathing 1.7.2 Crash?

I'm using the Mac OSC loathing 1.7.2 and I was editing an old map and I tried importing a new colormap (.pct) and the second I clicked on import after selecting my image, Loathing just closes. No crash pop up came out, nothing appeared in mythlog
Does this happen to anyone else?

What dimensions does the file have? Maybe have a test with something smaller? Export from a default map and import.

Nothing different all I did was open the map, export it's colormap, open photoshop edit the colormap, export to pct 8-bit indexed, no size changes, opened up loathing and imported the new cmap and it closes.
