Do you need Mac Classic to run Myth?

Do you need Mac Classic to run Myth? Since I use snow leopard (which doesn't, and never will, support playing Mac OS 7-9 apps), I cannot run any apps which require the old OS (and I haven't got any OS 7-9 ROMS either, so sheepshaver's just gone out of the window). Any help clarifying the issue?

No, you do not need Mac classic to run Myth2. You can grab the latest Myth2 update for Mac OSX at
the Tain. It comes with an installer that helps you install from the CD as well as the updater. If you wish to play Myth2 online, you can make an account over at
Mariusnet.
For users on Mac classic there is
this update they can run.
