Have you tried reporting the behavior or sending screenshots to admins on mariusnet where there are people who could actually do something about it?
Or do you just like to post here and complain on a forum that is completely unrelated to mariusnet?

ps do you actually think this was meant to do anything except embarass whoever uses that login?
not that someone dumb enough to use that name would be offended, theyd probably enjoy the attention (only a childish attention whore would even pick that name)
so actually it's more of a public service to YOU the player, and I couldnt give two goat farts about what any admin does about it. there are no account restrictions or email restrictions like playmyth or b.net had where you actually had to have an ISP email to link your account to for it to work.
so again, kinda pointless and a waste of effort to try and ban ANYBODY from myth. anybody with an IQ higher than 95 should be able to get back on, IP ban or login ban or whatever it happened to be. There are always ways around especially with such an old game
